Sound City's 'Music Industry Enterprise' course offers music and creative business entrepreneurs the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the skills required to succeed in the highly competitive music and creative industries.
The 6 month course is designed to enable entrepreneurs to understand and gain practical experience in ensuring that they are equipped to succeed.
Modules include effective planning training for your business to ensure you avoid the pitfalls that many music businesses succumb to in their first few years. The course will be led by some of the music industry’s top professionals, who not only have academic experience, but also run successful music businesses. Our tutors have worked with esteemed education establishments as well as internationally renowned music industry organisations and artists.
There is no cap on entry and the course is open to all ages (16+), all that is required is a burning desire to succeed along with a clear vision of your ambitions. The course allows participants to achieve a Level 2 Award of either 9 credits by completing the core units or 24 credits by completing the core units and all additional units.
